Network Administration




This concentration has earned the prestigious National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education (CAE-CDE) — Two-Year Education (CAE-2Y) designation, awarded jointly by the National Security Agency and the Department of Homeland Security. Not only does this mean that this degree program has been validated by the highest security agencies in the nation, but that you’ll be prepared to tackle the very real information security issues and threats today’s companies are facing. This career-changing curriculum offers the theoretical, philosophical, and technical skills you’ll need to make a strong contribution—and your mark.
You can complete your degree in as little as 21 months, spending 18 months in the classroom and 3 months in your internship.
Career Skills
- Configure network and server communications.
- Deploy physical and virtual hubs, switches and routers, patch panels, and cabling devices.
- Implement virtual machines and virtual servers. Install and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Install server-class operating systems and end-user operating systems.
- Support both computer and network operating systems.
- Work with PCs and personal devices.
