student at PTC?

Pittsburgh Technical College (hereinafter “PTC”) cannot prevent you from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while utilizing PTC’s services or premises. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose to utilize PTC’s services and/or enter onto PTC’s premises you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.

In accordance with current CDC guidance, PTC has established safety measures including, but not limited to, a requirement that all individuals, vaccinated and unvaccinated, wear masks while indoors on campus. By completing and submitting this form, you voluntarily choose to attend the above event sponsored and conducted by Pittsburgh Technical College. You recognize that during the event, injury and/or illness to you or your property may result. You release Pittsburgh Technical College, and its staff and faculty, and hold them harmless from all and any manner of liability, loss, or expense arising out of injury and/or illness to you or loss of or injury to your property occurring while engaged in the event above described. You understand that there is no medical expense payment coverage available for participants in Pittsburgh Technical College events.
